The short version of using Dairee. Last updated 28 October 2026.
What Dairee is
Dairee keeps a dairy farm's records: the milk round, customers, bills, payments and the herd. It does not move money: payments are recorded by the farm, not taken through the app.
Your farm's records
A farm's records belong to the farm. The farm is responsible for what it enters, for having its customers' agreement to keep their details, and for the bills it sends.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in to yourself. A farm's admins decide who works in the farm and what each person may see.
Fair use
Do not use Dairee to break the law, to send messages people did not ask for, or to try to reach another farm's records.
No guarantee
We work to keep Dairee running and the records safe, with nightly copies, but we cannot promise it will never be down or never lose a change. Dairee is provided as it is.
