What Dairee keeps, why, and how to have it deleted. Last updated 28 October 2026.
Who we are
Dairee is made by SkiFi (SKIFI GROUP LLC). You can reach us at contact@skifi.co.
What Dairee keeps
- Staff sign-in. The WhatsApp number or email a farm's staff sign in with, through the SkiFi login. A one-time code goes to it, or the office gives an email and a temporary password that must be changed at first sign-in.
- Farm records. What a farm types in: its customers' names, mobile numbers and addresses, how much milk each takes, deliveries, pauses, bills, payments, prices, and its herd (animals, yields, health, vaccinations, breeding, feed).
- Customer sign-in. A customer's mobile number and a password the farm gives them, kept only as a scrambled hash, and the sessions of the phones they sign in on.
- A log of changes. Who did what and when inside a farm, so the farm can check its own records.
Who sees it
Each farm sees only its own records. Within a farm, the office decides which pages each staff member may open; delivery staff never see money. A customer sees only their own milk, bills and payments.
How it is used
Only to run Dairee for the farm. We do not sell data, show ads, or use trackers or analytics.
Where it is kept
On SkiFi's own servers, with a copy made every night and kept for 30 days.
Deleting your data
Staff can delete their account in the app (Settings, then Delete my account). A farm's owner can delete the whole farm from Settings. Customers: ask your farm to remove you, or email us and we will pass it on. Nightly copies roll off within 30 days. See deleting an account.
Children
Dairee is meant for adults.
