Deleting an account

How to delete your Dairee account and what happens to the records.

Staff

In the app: Settings, then Delete my account. You leave every farm you work for. A farm where you are the only person working is deleted with all its records. A farm where others work needs another admin first, so its records are not lost.

A whole farm

An admin can delete the farm from Settings by typing its name. Every customer, delivery, bill, payment and animal on it is deleted.

Customers

Ask your farm to remove you. The farm can stop your sign-in at once. You can also email contact@skifi.co from your number or email and we will pass it on.

The SkiFi login

Staff sign in with the SkiFi login, shared with other SkiFi apps, so it stays unless you ask. Email contact@skifi.co from the address or number you sign in with and we will delete it too.

Nightly copies roll off within 30 days.
